Karen J. Bernstein is the Managing Partner of Bernstein IP. She brings 25 years of legal
experience to her New York City-based firm now celebrating its 19th year. Renowned for her
expertise in representing parties transactionally, she is also a fierce advocate for her clients
involved in domain name disputes, trial court litigation, and in arbitration proceedings. Karen
also serves as a Panelist for the Forum and the Canadian International Internet Dispute
Resolution Centre (CIIDRC). She speaks and writes often about Internet law, and she has been a
