Ms. Fossen has extensive experience as litigator and deploys that experience in managing all of Forum’s dispute resolution programs in the areas of mediation and arbitration. She oversees Forum’s global panel of neutrals also directs Forum’s operational staff of Case Coordinators and Case Administrators that guide the mediation and arbitration matters that Forum administers, including internet domain name, Business-to-Business, Employment, Franchise, and Intellectual Property disputes. She has been with Forum since 2016.
