Munish Dayal is an experienced attorney with a background in both litigation and transactional matters. Munish has represented numerous high technology companies from inception through acquisition/IPO, including most recently as counsel to Bodis LLC.
Munish gained an extensive knowledge of domain names through operating an advertising network for several years, and developed a specialty in helping domainers resolve their legal issues. He has experience advising on corporate formation, capital raises and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, class action and unfair business practice defense, securities and business tort litigation, employment and wage and hour disputes, trusts and estates matters, intellectual property issues and general corporate matters.
Some additional examples of high technology clients that he currently represents include Bytedance Inc. and Narrative Ads. He also helped develop materials for, and is a guest lecturer at USC Gould School of Law’s “Representing the Startup Company” class. Munish holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
