David Snead is the General Counsel for cPanel and WHMCS – part of the WebPros group. He is responsible for cPanel and WHMCS’ legal operations. David has provided advice and counsel to technology companies since 1995. Since 1999, his practice has focused exclusively on the Internet infrastructure industry. In 2011 he co-founded the I2Coalition. David is also on the Board of Directors of CasaQ, a shelter for homeless LGBTQ+ youth in Albuquerque, NM. David received his J.D. in 1991 from Georgetown, and his B.A. in 1987 in International Affairs from Trinity University in San Antonio.
