For the past 2.5 years, he has been focused on building production-ready Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value through automation, intelligent workflows, and enterprise-wide productivity gains. At Office Depot, he is the creator of an internal AI Personal Assistant used daily by over 6,500 associates—redefining knowledge access and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Richard led the development of Office Depot’s international e-commerce platform, overseeing 45+ international digital properties. This role gave him deep insight into the commercial impact of domain strategy, digital presence, and web architecture at scale—critical intersections of technology and business that are more relevant than ever in today’s AI-driven landscape
Outside of his corporate work, Richard has been an active domain enthusiast since 2010. His interests include expired-domains.co, a long running passion project that tracks and surfaces expired domain names. The site blends his love of data mining, digital real estate, and the evolving economics of the web
