Marc has specialized in internet-related matters and protecting and promoting brands online for over 18 years which includes active participation in ICANN during that time. He got accredited and ran all aspects of the first law firm-owned ICANN accredited domain registrar, is the Chair of the Membership Committee of ICANN’s intellectual Property Constituency, and is counsel to the Brand Registry Group. As part of his practice Marc represents brand owners, registries, registrars, and all manner of e-commerce, social media, search engine, and other online platforms and intermediaries. He also regularly advises clients and speaks on new technologies including blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs and their relationship to brand protection and promotion.
