Miriam Schwab is Head of WordPress at Elementor, where she contributes to Elementor's AI strategy in WordPress, centered on Angie, Elementor's agentic AI product for building and managing WordPress sites through conversation. She's spent close to two decades building on WordPress, starting as a WordPress agency founder, then founding Strattic, a static and serverless publishing platform for WordPress that Elementor acquired in 2022.
Most of Miriam's time now goes to what AI means for how WordPress sites get built and run: Angie's role inside the editor, and how hosts, plugin developers, and WordPress core are adapting to agentic tools. She also manages Elementor's relationship with the WordPress community, including Five for the Future contributions and WordCamp sponsorships around the world. She organized five WordCamps and speaks regularly at WordCamp events and industry conferences globally.
