Drew Bagley, Esq. is CrowdStrike’s Chief Privacy & Policy Officer, leading the company’s privacy and public policy teams and driving its global data protection strategy and policy engagement. Since joining CrowdStrike as one of its early employees, he has shaped the company’s privacy and public policy strategy throughout its journey from startup through IPO to its position today as a global cybersecurity leader.
Mr. Bagley has testified before the U.S. Congress on modernizing federal cybersecurity and regularly engages with government leaders worldwide on issues at the intersection of security, privacy, and emerging technology. He has served as an advisor to government and nonprofit groups, including CISA’s Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative, the U.S. Department of State, and Europol.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Bagley serves on the faculty of American University, where he teaches cyber law and policy. He is an Aspen Digital US Cybersecurity Group Member.
