Carol Stambaugh is owner of RadiateU, a managed services agency that keeps websites secure, updated, and running for direct clients and white-label agency partners. She has spent 16 years in agency work, and today her focus sits where agency operations meet infrastructure: moving client sites to new hosting, checking every site in the fleet against vulnerability reports each night and patching what's urgent, and building processes that hold up across many sites at once. She served as programming team lead for WordCamp US 2026, has spoken at Bluehost CreatorCon and WordCamp San Diego, and was featured in "Open," a documentary about the WordPress open-source project. Carol also helps organize PressConf, a curated, single-track event for the professionals driving the WordPress economy, where she leads the speaker program.
