Lillian Fosteris is the Founder of Fosteris Consulting where she advises organizations on domain name strategy, new gTLD applications and management, and domain portfolio strategy and operations. She has more than 15 years of experience in the domain name industry working with corporations, startups, nonprofits, registry operators, and gTLD applicants on strategic and operational matters.
With experience across both the 2012 and 2026 new gTLD rounds, she has supported applicants and registry operators across the full TLD lifecycle. Her work has included application strategy, drafting and submission, contention resolution and objections, launch planning and implementation, ongoing management and operations, and the acquisition and sale of TLDs.
More broadly, she advises organizations on domain name strategy and operations, including TLD management, domain program strategy and optimization, brand protection and naming strategy, and the implementation of domain and naming initiatives.
Prior to founding Fosteris Consulting, Lillian spent nearly 15 years at FairWinds Partners, most recently serving as Head of FairWinds, where she led the company and its consulting practice.
