With nearly 30 years of experience, she advises companies on messaging, market positioning, public relations, thought leadership, events, and community engagement, including through iMPR’s Groundswell™ program. A former two-term elected Trustee in Westchester County, New York, Ilissa brings a unique perspective on the intersection of infrastructure, communications, local government, and public trust. She is Editor-in-Chief of Data Center POST, host of NEDAS Live!, serves on the Board of OIX, and chairs the OIX Digital Infrastructure Framework Committee, which helps educate municipalities and planners about proactively considering digital infrastructure in community master planning.
