NamesCon is less than two months away and we predict another record-breaking year with well over 1,400 attendees expected at our 2017 event! We’ve been sweating over every detail to organize our best conference yet, with several meet-the-expert sessions, speed exhibits, our annual domain name auction and our new mobile app.
But where will you be staying? You now have less than a month to book your room at the official NamesCon conference hotel with our discount code! Don’t waste anymore time – book your stay at the Tropicana Las Vegas: https://namescon.com/hotel
It’s easy to get distracted on and off the strip in Las Vegas, so it’s always better to be organized. Staying at the official conference hotel is convenient – really convenient! Make the most of your conference experience by sleeping only an elevator ride away from the most awaited sessions. Plus, you’ll avoid delays caused by the closure of the MGM Grand Las Vegas walkway. Forgot something in your room? You can retrieve it in no time without missing out on important networking opportunities. Make sure to stay energized throughout the day by scheduling in a session at the gym or a nap – whatever works best for you! Bonus tip: some the best networking happens at the conference hotel bar late at night.
Do you like saving money? NamesCon always strives for the best, and we don’t believe in charging more for the convenience of staying closer to the world’s largest domain name industry event. An affordable nightly rate at the conference hotel venue is one of the cornerstones of drawing the critical mass necessary for a blockbuster event. We have been able to secure a nightly room rate of $95/night (the Tropicana charges an additional daily “Resort Fee” which we have also negotiated to $15/day down from the regular $29.95/day). Please note that you have until Jan. 13th to book at this low rate, so book NOW. For your convenience, we recommend you book a room at the Club Tower rather than the Paradise Tower – the Club Tower elevator is located right beside the conference area.
For those of you who love free stuff (don’t we all?), you’ll be happy to know that welcome packages and swag will be delivered directly to your spacious, recently updated room (think custom-designed furnishings, plantation shutters, a sleek chaise or workspace desk, and a king or queen bed).
Remember – the conference starts on Sunday Jan. 22nd and will run through Wednesday Jan. 25th. Most people will want to arrive the morning of Sunday (Jan. 22nd) and check out on Thursday (Jan. 26th).
See you in January!
