Ticket FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We encourage you to stay at our host hotel, the Tropicana Hotel, so that you’re close to the action of the conference and can make the most of your time at the event. You will also receive sponsored swag drops directly to your room!

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Hoverboards, bodysuits, non-religious face coverings and materials for suitcasing purposes will not be permitted.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Pre-registration and early-bird tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Name on badge/registration MUST match attendee. No “placeholder” ticket purchases allowed. Advance savings tickets and regular conference passes may be refunded up to 60 days prior to the event.

Can I update my registration information?

Please contact us with company or name changes and we will be happy to assist.
